Dr. Sheridan graduated as the valedictorian of his class at New York Chiropractic College, earning advanced certificates in Whole Food Nutrition, Sports Science and Human Performance, and Orthotics. He was also awarded multiple honors for leadership and academic success throughout the program. He’s treated at the school’s outpatient clinic in Seneca Falls, N.Y. as well as treating athletes at his Alma Mater, Hobart and William Smith Colleges. His technique is based on restoring proper movement to the joints of the body and “resetting” the nervous system. This allows the body to receive appropriate sensory input, enabling it to properly respond, heal and perform. He takes an individualized and evidence-based, whole-body approach to each patient, which is typically composed of adjusting the spine and working to restore the surrounding soft tissues to a normal resting tone. He has specific interests in complementing chiropractic care with applied clinical nutrition, as well as the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy. His overall goal is to enable anybody with the will to live an active lifestyle, to do so without pain and hopes to be an educational resource in all things regarding health.
Human performance and the body’s ability to heal itself has peaked Dr. Sheridan’s interest since he was young. He pursued that interest through his undergraduate studies earning Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and in Movement Science. After HWS, he worked as a chiropractic assistant in downtown Boston, where he quickly realized the philosophy behind chiropractic perfectly aligned with his root interest in the body’s ability to heal itself. He spent the next 2+ years in Boston, learning the business side of a chiropractic practice, before choosing to pursue the evidenced-based chiropractic program at NYCC.
Outside of the office, he tries to spend as much time as possible in nature, either in the mountains hiking, biking or skiing, or on the water kayaking, paddle boarding or playing volleyball. He’s eagerly looking to add a dog to the family to accompany him on these adventures, and also enjoys taking on landscape or construction projects with friends and family.

When you see Kyle, she will do a thorough assessment to determine the root cause of what’s ailing you including your current condition and past medical history. It is often the case that the location of pain is not where the injury or dysfunction originates. She will provide you with education about your specific condition and a customized exercise program including a combination of mobility techniques, functional and strengthening exercises and other therapeutic techniques such as self-myofascial release. At each follow up appointment, your program will be adjusted as you progress and improve. By working with Kyle, you will participate in your own treatment with the goal of moving better and doing what you love, often without pain.
